Genome Editing Testing Center at BCM/Rice

Our center provides in vivo genome editing testing services to academic researchers. Using our in-house mouse models, we can test a novel editing reagents for effectiveness, biodistribution and safety. We offer two primary services: (1) Reporter model testing primarily for the evaluation of delivery strategies, and (2) Disease model testing for the correction of a genetic disorder. We are funded by an NIH grant, allowing us to offer our services at minimal cost to academic scientists.
